1. Embrace the Present Moment Avoid rushing through your mornings, as it diminishes the significance of starting your day on the right foot. If oversleeping tends to make your mornings stressful, consider adjusting your sleep cycle by going to bed earlier. Even a mere half-hour difference can make a positive impact.
